Carolina Vasquez is the Director of Event Sales & Operations at Frost Science , where she oversees the planning and execution of Internal & External events. A Miami native, she graduated from Florida International University with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration in Marketing.

Vasquez began her career in the hospitality industry, spending over five years at the Four Seasons Hotel in Miami at Equinox. These experiences ignited her passion for creating impactful and memorable events, which she brought to the museum when she started as an Event Coordinator.

In her position, Carolina oversees all aspects of the museum’s event operations, from managing client relationships and coordinating logistics to ensuring flawless execution for events of all scales. She also focuses on driving event sales strategies to optimize revenue while maintaining the museum’s status as a premier event venue.
