Member Ticket Path

Step 1: Go to frostscience.org/tickets.

Step 2: Select “Yes” that you are a Frost Science member, and you’ll be directed to log-in to your account.

Step 3: Select the day of your visit. Use the drop-down calendar to choose your day.

Step 4: Determine the number of people in your party and fill in the appropriate quantities in the specified boxes.

Step 5: Please select ONE planetarium show and the show time you would like to see. Members may see one free planetarium show per visit, for all persons and guests listed on the account. If you do not wish to see a planetarium show, do not select a show time and continue to Step 6.

Step 6:  Click “continue to checkout” where you will be directed to your shopping cart. Here, you will need to review and confirm that all the details of your purchase are correct before proceeding to checkout.

Step 7: Select your ticket delivery method as print at home.

Step 8: Once you confirm your ticket delivery, you will need to enter your payment information if there are any additional items in your cart that require payment. Enter your payment information and click on “Buy Now” to complete your order. An order confirmation email will be sent immediately, followed by another e-mail a few moments later with the tickets attached. You may print the tickets or show them on your mobile device when you arrive at the museum, and proceed directly to the point of entry.
