Terms and Conditions
By submitting this registration, on behalf of my child/children, family members, representative, heirs and assigns, I hereby agree to indemnify, defend, release and hold harmless the Museum of Science, Inc., d/b/a Phillip and Patricia Frost Museum of Science, and its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, agents, and representatives from and against any all liability for lost or stolen personal items, of for any damages, injuries, or illness of any kind to any person and/or property, or any losses as a result of attending and/or participating in any class, program, tour, fieldtrip, or other function of the Museum whether on-site, off-site or in transit. I acknowledge that my child may go on field trips as part of the camp program, and I hereby consent for my child to be transported to and from any such trip.
The Phillip and Patricia Frost Museum of Science Reserves the right, upon notification of parents, to dismiss any student during any sessions for conduct that is deemed detrimental to the well-being of other students, staff, or to the overall operation of the camp. No refund or credit will be issued if your child is dismissed. Please see FAQs for more information.
By submitting this registration, I authorize the Museum of Science, Inc., d/b/a Phillip and Patricia Frost Museum of Science to take photographs of my child/children for marketing purposes. I give permission for pictures of my child/children to be used in the museum’s printed materials, including advertisements, brochures, flyers and web sites. If you wish for your child not to be photographed for these purposes, please mark the tick box on the registration page.
By submitting this registration, I authorize the Museum of Science, Inc., d/b/a Phillip and Patricia Frost Museum of Science to make copies, scan and/or photograph handmade and/or digitally made projects created by my child for marketing purposes. My child’s artwork may be displayed at the museum and/or used in the museum’s printed materials, including advertisements, brochures, flyers and website.
If a student withdraws from a class for which they are registered two weeks prior to the first day of camp, a museum credit (but no refund) will be given. This credit will be good for one year from the date of issue and may be applied to a Frost Science camp or educational program. If a student withdraws from the camp for which they are registered within two weeks of the first day of camp or during or after the first day, no credit or refund will be issued. Exceptions will be made for sicknesses.
