Art meets science under the 67-foot dome
The Frost Planetarium is a collaborative space for community partners, visualization researchers and full dome artists to work with the museum to create and showcase new immersive experiences for the public. From educational films such as full dome documentary shorts or full-length planetarium shows, to more artistic endeavors such as those seen during Laser Evenings or nightLAB, each residency produces a unique experience, united by the common aim of inspiring guests to engage with science, technology and the wider world.
