Join us on Saturday, April 12, in the Frost Planetarium for a special screening of Netflix’s natural history series, Our Planet: Frozen Worlds, as you’ve never seen before on our 67-foot dome. This screening is being held in partnership with the Dennis C. Moss Cultural Arts Center (The Moss Center).
On the night of April 12, The Moss Center will also host “The Making of Our Planet”, a new and immersive live show featuring behind-the-scenes stories from the explorers, filmmakers, scientists, and adventurers that created some of the most eye-catching footage of our planet, hosted by Alec Warren, Director of the Frost Planetarium. Our Planet: Frozen Worlds
Our poles are some of the earth’s last remaining wildernesses. And yet just as we are beginning to understand these extraordinary places, they are changing fast. On the unforgiving frontier of climate change, polar bears, walruses, seals and penguins find their icy Edens in peril.
Admission to the screening is included in museum admission but space is limited. Please make a reservation onsite at the planetarium kiosk or on your personal smartphone device.
