We’ve got the inside scoop—or stream—on a topic you’ve probably never thought about.
Scientist Saad Bhamla, prolific inventor and Associate Professor at Georgia Institute of Technology, is on a mission to answer a question most people don’t think to ask: How do insects pee? Join us on Thursday, January 30 at 7:00 p.m. for LIVE@Frost Science: The Fascinating Physics of Insect Pee to discover the answer.
Taking inspiration from the incredible “butt flickers” of the glassy-winged sharpshooter, Bhamla will present a fascinating study of the physics behind how bugs take care of business. This talk will invite all of us to be more curious about the seemingly mundane.
Admission is complimentary. Tickets are limited to four per transaction. Program will take place inside the Frost Planetarium.
Doors open at 6:30 p.m. Program starts promptly at 7:00 p.m. Seating is first-come, first-served. Food and beverage will be available for purchase prior to the event.
