Thank you for thinking of Frost Science while organizing your fundraising event. Below are the guidelines for requesting a donation from the museum:
- The raised funds must be related to STEM based-educational purposes or advances in Science and Marine Conservation.
- Your request must be submitted via the online donation form at least 10 to 12 weeks prior to the event date. Fax, phone, mail or email requests will not be accepted.
- Your organization must be non-profit, and have 501(c)(3) tax exempt status. A member of the non-profit organization should complete and submit the donation request form. E-mail on file must be from the non-profit organization.
Applications are reviewed on a monthly basis and approval is not guaranteed. Please note that the museum receives many requests to participate in funding endeavors to many worthwhile organizations on a regular basis. We will only be able to accommodate request for one item and ask that organizations limit their requests to one per year. Selected applications will receive certificate as a PDF via email on application.
