Step into the curious world of bugs in our latest special exhibition, Bugs.

Frost Science members are invited to be the first to experience our newest special exhibition, Bugs, during an exclusive members-only evening on Friday, November 22, from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Bugs is a cinematic, immersive exhibition that makes the world under your feet larger-than-life. Highlighting the biology and evolution of bugs, along with how what we learn from them applies to engineering, nanotechnology, and other fields, Bugs explores the science of these amazing tiny animals. You’ll be amazed at the brilliance and beauty of bugs!

During the members-only preview, members will enjoy:

  • Access to all museum exhibitions from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
  • Hands-on, bug-themed activities, such as a chocolate-covered cricket tasting and exploring how bees navigate to pollinate flowers
  • Explore the world of arthropods with Ladybug Lori from Beakers and Bugs—discover which critters are predators or herbivores, learn to identify bugs, and gain insight into their unique anatomy and lifecycles with preserved specimens
  • A special presentation of an original Frost Planetarium show, “Bugs… in Space?!” (reservations required)
  • An opportunity to take some buzzing pics at our photo booth
  • Complimentary snacks and refreshments provided by Constellation Culinary Group (while supplies last)
  • A double discount at the Science Store (that’s 20% off!)
