If you do not want to participate in our auto-renewal program, you may opt-out by filling out the information below.

You must notify us at least one day before your expiration date to ensure your credit card is not charged.

By opting out of automatic renewals, your membership will expire on the date listed on your membership card at which point you will no longer have access to your Frost Science membership benefits. You can always choose to renew in the future at frostscience.org/membership or onsite at the museum on your next visit.
